WESMAN GAS BURNER-SMALL CAPACITY FOR LOW OR HIGH TEMPERATURE APPLICATIONS

WESMAN 4423/4424 gas burners are made of cast iron body. APPLICATIONS: These burners can be used for all types of application like heat treatment, metal melting, wire patenting etc. and many more furnaces. 4423 burner is 0 selected for furnaces which are operated at 1000C or 0 below. For above 1000C, 4424 series is suitable.These burners create medium flame velocity.
CONTROL: WESMAN 7218 Air/Gas ratio regulator is used for auto control of burner. Impulse air connection is kept open to atmosphere i.e. using it as Zero governor. For low temperature application, control is done for gas only. Some times excess air condition helps in better convective heat transfer and temperature uniformity. Refractory burner blocks can be provided with MS/SS jackets.
All burners body have 3 holes for observation port, pilot/ spark ignitor and UV flame detector. Flame rod is not recommended.
CONSTRUCTION: Air tubes for 4423 are made of SS and for 4424, Inconel air tubes are used with a refractory facing around them.
IGNITION: 4021-12 spark ignited or 4021-11 is used for ignition of these burners.
For pilot, mixture pressure is maintained at 10 mbar.
