FireStorm Dual Fuel Burners

SERIES 6514

6514 FireStorm DUAL FUEL BURNERS are suitable for light as well as
heavy oil and all types of gases. It has sealed in CI mounting having provision for UV head, Pilot burner flame
observation parts. These are used for Low as well as high temperature application where long flame is desirable. For
fuel saving, preheated combustion air upto 350 C can be used. In case of using hot combustion air, consult WESMAN for
burner selection.

APPLICATION Ferrous/ Non ferrous melting, steel reheating, Hot air
generator, Laddle preheating, chemical processing, sand drying ovens and many more types of applications. The sealed
mounting stops unwanted air from the atmosphere to enter the burner, which helps to maintain furnace pressure,
controlled atmosphere and better air/ fuel ratio which causes improved product quality. Wesman FireStorm burners are
stable with 100% or more excess air, Good turn down ratio can be achieved depending on grade of oil and also burner
size.
Heavy oil is to be preheated to its viscosity 20.7 centistokes.

TILE JACKET Wesman FireStorm burners are available with SS jackets
to support refractory block for applications where the tile is not supported by furnace refractory.

IGNITION/ FLAME SUPERVISION Wesman pilot burner can be used for
auto ignition. Pilot operation should be interrupted after few seconds. A UV cell will monitor pilot or main flame.
Direct spark ignition can be used while firing only gas as fuel.

AUTO CONTROL It is possible with Air/ oil or Air/ Gas ratio
regulator. Mass flow control is also possible.
