Variable force compaction tables

DUAL FORCE COMPACTION TABLE

altThese units are built in standard widths to suit the conventional roller conveyor of which they form a part.  Constructed in two parts (1) the heavy table top has two vibratory motors which gives it a vertical linear vibration suited to the range of flask weight being handled and (2) the conveyor roller frame is mounted on air lifters which raise or lower the rollers ensuring that the rollers are not subject to vibration, thus avoiding damage to the roller bearings.

The units are fitted with reversing contactors enabling the operator to select either full or half (Approximately) vibration according to the size of mold or core box being used.

The Compaction Table consists of two primary parts : a roller Conveyor Section and Vibration Section.  The rollers allow easy movement of pattern box on and off the table.  Tables can be ordered with rollers to match the roller width of the conveyor system into which it fits.  The entire roller frame is mounted upon pneumatic lifters which allow raising or lowering the rollers as needed.  In addition, the lifters isolate the roller bearings from damage during vibration.

The Vibration Section consists of a heavy welded steel frame work driven by two electric vibratory motors.  The Vibration Section is mounted upon solid rubber isolators secured to a steel support frame which is bolted to the floor.

Dual Force option allows the operator to select full or half the vibration intensity.

This machine will be constructed to operate on 415 volts,  3 phase, 50 cycles.


COMPACTION TABLE (MODEL : WCT 0304)

These units are built in standard widths to suit the conventional roller conveyor of which they form a part. Constructed in two parts, (1) the heavy table top has two vibratory motors which gives it a vertical linear vibration suited to the range of flask weight being handled and also the table top is mounted on air lifters which raise or lower the table top (2) the conveyor roller frame. Raising or lowering the Table Top ensures that the rollers are not subject to vibration, thus avoiding damage to the roller bearings.

The units are fitted with Variable Frequency Drives enabling the operator to select     different levels of vibration according to the size of mould or core box being used.

The machine will be constructed to operate 415 Volts, 3 Phase , 50 Cycles.
