Rollover Machine
Rollover Machines are used along with automatic mould handling plants. These automatically strip off patterns from the moulds after the moulds have hardened.

Wesman Rollover Machine features the reliable “Rotating Drum" type of rollover action. The circular frame rotates perpendicular to the incoming or outgoing conveyor. It`s ruggedness provides the ability to withstand the typical foundry abuse.

The unit adjusts to a wide range of mould box sizes and draw depths. In addition to reliable rollover, the unit provides smooth drawing of the moulds. To assist drawing of the mould, vibration and jogging action can be programmed into the draw sequence in any desired cycle.

The machine  includes powered roller intake and discharge conveyor.  Alternatively,  the  discharge could be on powered belt conveyor (specifically for flaskless moulds).

Control options include manual push button operation of all clamp, roll, draw and conveyor functions. Programmable Controllers are also available.

Currently, Wesman builds Rollover Machines in the following standard sizes and capacities

- Load capacities of 600 kg, 1250 kg, 1600 kg and 2000 kg.
- Bolster Plate sizes varying from 500 X 500 mm to 2000 X 2000 mm.

Wesman can also design and supply tailor made Rollover machines to suit customer requirements.
