WESMAN LUMPREDUCER (CAPACITY 1 - 3 TPH)
Wesman Lumpreducer is a vibrating hopper lined with wear plates positioned above a bank of 3 screening decks.
The whole unit is powered by two side mounted vibratory motors and is inclined at an angle thereby giving a high level discharge. The unit is base mounted on rubber isolators. An access door with quick release clamps is fitted at the rear of the unit enabling tramp metal and metal waste to be periodically removed from the three screening decks. An air extraction point is positioned at the discharge end of the unit so as to allow a controlled flow of air to be drawn through the discharge stream of sand which is fluidized by the vibratory conveying action of the unit.
TECHNICAL DATA
(Specifications are subject to final design criteria)
Throughput (Maximum) : 3 (three) tons per hour. |
Top deck : 6 mm thick perforated plate with 10 mm holes. |
Middle deck : 3 mm thick perforated plate with 3 mm holes. |
Bottom deck : 9 mesh high carbon steel woven wire |
Motor H. P. (x 2) : 1.5 x 2 |
SHAKER SCREEN (CAPACITY 1 - 3 TPH)
Sand that passes through the Shaker Screen is discharged into the fluid bed Cooler / Classifier. This single deck vibrating screen performs the final separation of metallics and agglomerates from the sand. Metallics and agglomerates that are discharged from the unit fall from the waste chute into customer's provided receptacle. The Shaker Screen is mounted within the plenum of the cooler / classifier for most effective dust extraction and compactness of design.

Maximum Throughput : 3 tons per hour. |
Type of screen drive : Electric Vibrator |
Isolation Media : Rubber |
Exhaust requirement : Included in Cooler/Classifier exhaust. |
