QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER (LOI WESMAN Thermprocess Pvt Ltd) Location: Kolkata Age: 30 to 45 years Qualification: Diploma in mechanical engineering Experience: Minimum 7 TO 10 years experience in incoming, stage and final inspection and quality control of fabricated and machined components and subassemblies Responsibilities: - Final inspection and quality control of finished equipment, components and structures, including running tests - Stage inspection of in-process fabrication and machined components - Incoming inspection for raw materials and bought-outs from vendors or subcontractors - Inspection of subcontracted jobs items at vendor premises - Coordination for third-party or client inspection of finished equipment - Preparation of inspection reports, test/acceptance certificates, quality assurance plans, inspection checklists and sampling plans - Calibration and control of measurement instruments, jigs and fixtures - Adherence to ISO 9001:2000 quality standards and performance indicators Wesman offers opportunities for dynamic professionals to advance their careers in an environment which fosters personal growth and challenges them to exceed their boundaries.
