DESIGN MANAGER (INDUSTRIAL FURNACES) Location: Kolkata Age: 35 to 40 years Qualification: Graduate degree in mechanical engineering Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering calculations, component selection and structural design of capital equipment, heat treatment furnaces, ovens, dryers, kilns and allied equipment and custom-built machines Responsibilities: - Preliminary calculation of mechanical components like gears, gearboxes, pulleys, wheels, shafts, ropes, rope drums, brakes, couplings, bearings etc as per relevant IS codes and standards - Preliminary calculation of girder sections as per IS800 and IS807 - Providing design and cost estimation inputs to project sales team for offer preparation - Providing technical inputs and guidance to team of draftsmen DESIGN MANAGER (NUTEC BICKLEY WESMAN KILNS PVT LTD) Location: Kolkata Age: 30 to 35 years Qualification: Graduate degree in mechanical engineering Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering calculations, component selection and structural design of capital equipment, heat treatment furnaces, ovens, dryers, kilns and allied equipment and custom-built machines Responsibilities: - Preliminary calculation of mechanical components like gears, gearboxes, pulleys, wheels, shafts, ropes, rope drums, brakes, couplings, bearings etc as per relevant IS codes and standards - Preliminary calculation of girder sections as per IS800 and IS807 - Providing design and cost estimation inputs to project sales team for offer preparation - Providing technical inputs and guidance to team of draftsmen |
